The goal of our equity disciplines is to focus on stock selection to help create
value and provide strong investment performance. We seek high-quality holdings by
analyzing each company's fundamental financial strength, industry position,
management team, investor sentiment and valuation (stock price). In addition,
in all of our investment disciplines, we seek to carefully measure and manage
risk. Adherence to a set of risk parameters helps reduce the variability of
returns and highlight security selection, which we believe is our key strength.
Our fixed income disciplines seek to reduce the risks associated with interest
rate fluctuations by pursuing duration-neutral fixed income strategies.
