May I have an overview of Munder Capital Management?
Munder Capital Management is an investment advisory firm dedicated exclusively to the investment management business. Headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan with an office in Boston, Massachusetts, the firm was founded in 1985 to provide high quality asset management services to investors. As of September 30, 2008, we managed $26.4 billion for a diverse roster of clients, including public and private pension plans, corporations and insurance companies, government agencies, universities, endowments, charitable foundations, families and individuals. We offer equity, fixed income, cash management, international, and REIT products on a separately managed basis and through The Munder Funds, our family of mutual funds. |

What is your account minimum?
While we have no minimum account size, we do require a minimum annual fee. Our minimum annual fee for separate accounts varies based upon the investment discipline. However, typically our minimum annual fee equates to a minimum account size of $5 million and in some cases $10 million.
Do you comply with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®)?
Yes. Munder Capital Management claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®). Munder Capital has been firm-wide verified for the September 30, 1992 through December 31, 2007 time period. A copy of the verification report is available upon request.
