Munder Money Market Funds Update - October 3, 2008
Munder Capital announced that it plans to
exit the money market mutual fund business because it is no longer central to the firm's core business strategy.
Munder Multi-Cap Growth Fund is now open to new
investors as of July 1, 2008. Munder Capital's multi-cap growth team has been managing assets in this discipline for institutional
clients since 2003 and is pleased to offer access to the same investment team and process through this newly launched mutual fund.

The merger of the Munder Intermediate Bond Fund
into the Munder Bond Fund was completed as of the close of business on Friday, June 13, 2008. At that time, Munder Intermediate Bond Fund
