| Retirement Rollovers and Transfers |
Whether you're changing jobs, entering retirement or simply transferring IRA assets, The Munder Funds can help you take the next step. You have two options: Direct Rollover IRA or IRA Transfer of Assets.
Direct Rollover IRAs are designed for individuals who are changing jobs or retiring and need to transfer funds from a retirement plan with their former employer. Using a direct IRA Rollover can avoid the 20% tax withholding that is required on distributions paid to directly to a qualified plan participant. It also maintains the tax-deferred status of your retirement assets.
IRA Transfer of Assets refers to the transfer of existing IRA funds directly from a current IRA Custodian or Trustee.

Direct Rollover IRA:
If you would like to roll over your assets to a Munder Funds IRA, follow these steps:
- Contact your former employer to find out what paperwork they require in order to roll over your funds.
- Please complete a Munder Funds IRA Account Application and IRA Direct Rollover Form. You can download these forms directly from our web site, or you can phone 800.4.MUNDER to request this information.
- Once all of the paperwork is completed, send to:

- We will forward the information to your former employer and complete the transfer for you.
