Is Munder a no-load family of funds?
No. The Munder Funds offer several different classes of shares, although not all Funds offer the same classes. A complete description of the available classes can be found in each Fund's prospectus. Class A, Class B and Class C shares carry front-end or contingent deferred sales charges. Other than a $2,500 investment minimum ($500 for UGMA, UTMA or IRA accounts), there are no eligibility restrictions on Class A, Class B or Class C shares. Class B shares are, however, currently subject to a soft close and are therefore only available to limited categories of investors. Class K, Class R, Class Y and Class I are not available to all investors. Class K shares are only offered to customers of Comerica Bank and certain other financial institutions. Class R shares are only offered through 401(k) and other similar plans or programs. Class Y shares are primarily offered to institutional investors or individual investors purchasing through qualifying financial institutions or employee benefit plans. Class I shares are principally offered only to investors meeting high threshold minimum investment levels.

Which share class should I choose for my investment?
A complete description of the available classes can be found in each Fund's prospectus. All of the Munder Funds (except the Tax-Free Money Market Fund) offer Class A and Class C shares, which are available to all investors. Class B shares, which are currently subject to a soft close and are therefore only available to limited categories of investors, are offered by all of the Munder Funds in existence prior to June 30, 2007. Class K shares of all of the Munder Funds (except the Technology Fund) are only offered to customers of Comerica Bank and certain other financial institutions. Class R shares, if offered by the Fund, are only available through 401(k) plans and other similar plans or programs. All of the Munder Funds offer Class Y shares, which are primarily offered to institutional investors or individual investors purchasing through qualifying financial institutions or employee benefit plans. Class I shares (of the International Fund-Core Equity, International Small-Mid Cap and Small-Mid Cap 130/30 Funds only) are principally offered only to investors meeting high threshold minimum investment levels. For more information on Class K, Class R, Class Y and Class I shares, please read the Funds' prospectuses.

Can I buy Class B shares?
Existing owners of any account holding Class B shares of a Munder Fund may purchase (including by exchange) additional Class B shares of any Munder Fund in that account and may reinvest dividends and capital gains distributions from Class B shares of a Munder Fund in additional Class B shares of that Fund. In addition, existing owners of any account holding Class B shares of a Munder Fund may purchase Class B shares in new accounts opened in the same registered name alone, in the same registered name jointly with another investor, in the same registered name as custodian for a Uniform Gifts to Minors Act (UGMA) account, or in the name of a trust for which the existing registered owner is the trustee of beneficiary.

Can I buy Class K shares?
Class K shares are offered almost exclusively through Comerica Bank. Please call the Comerica Securities Client Service Center at 800-232-6983 to speak with a Comerica Bank representative.

Can I buy Class Y shares?

The minimum initial investment for participants in the Automatic Investment Plan (AIP) is $50. We may refuse orders of less than $50 for subsequent investments in all types of accounts. You should select Class A or Class C shares for purchases in excess of $50,000.

Please note, if your balance in a Class A, Class B or Class C fund account falls below any applicable minimum, you may be subject to a $6 quarterly servicing fee.

There is no minimum initial investment for Class K or Class R shares; however, Class K shares are almost exclusively offered only to customers of Comerica Bank, and Class R shares, if offered by a Fund, are only available through
401(k) plans and other similar plans or programs.

The minimum initial investment for Class Y shares is $1 million, subject to limited exceptions that apply to purchases made through qualifying financial institutions or employee benefit plans.

The minimum initial investment for Class I shares is $2 million, subject to limited exceptions that apply to clients of qualifying intermediaries.
